Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a quality officer to join our established team in Northamptonshire.

A quality officer will support via field based working to our clients and care workers in line with CQC requirements.

Caroline Cares For You is an award-winning Live in Care provider that provides Block care/support, Live in and Night Care services, enabling our clients to remain in their homes for longer.

We offer an individually tailored, high-quality home care across Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support to our care staff.
  • Complete probation reviews and supervisions for our care staff.
  • Conduct announced and unannounced spot checks.
  • Carry out administrative duties related to the role including writing medication records, care plans and creating relevant reports.
  • Perform on-call phone duties on a rota basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have previous experience within the Care sector.
  • Good problem solving skills and a willingness to face challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Great client-focused passion.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to drive and hold a full clean UK Driving Licence due to travel involved.
  • Experience working with Microsoft packages.
  • Good understanding of CQC standards.
