At A Class Care we are seeking caring and motivated people to join our bank of local Waking Night and Day support workers in Ely, Littleport and surrounding areas to care for and support vulnerable people. We exist to help family members seek support for a loved one in their own home. We have over 20 years’ experience of providing care and assistance to vulnerable adults and elderly clients.
A Class Care is an award-winning Live in Care provider that provides Block care/support, Live in and Night Care services enabling our clients to remain in their homes for longer. We offer an individually tailored, high-quality home care across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, Essex and Bedfordshire.
How you will help our clients:
- Supporting and assisting with all personal care needs
- Listening and providing companionship to our clients
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health of the clients
- Help with food and drink
- Responding to emergency situations
- Prompting and administering of medication
- Accompanying and transporting clients to appointments and/or social events
- Providing client support with hobbies and other activities

It’s a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group (i.e. adults at risk, children or both).
