Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial clinical assessments for new complex care packages across the East Anglia region.
- Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Provide specialised clinical training to care staff, including but not limited to:
- Catheter care (urethral and suprapubic)
- Stoma care
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
About You
- Registered Nurse (Adult) NMC Pin in good standing.
- Experience in complex care, community nursing, or a similar role.
- Confident in delivering clinical training and assessing competencies.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel across the East Anglia region.
