Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial clinical assessments for new complex care packages across the East Anglia region.
  • Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Provide specialised clinical training to care staff, including but not limited to:
  • Catheter care (urethral and suprapubic)
  • Stoma care
  • PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
  • Carry out competency assessments and ensure care teams are confident and safe in delivering delegated healthcare tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.
  • Support ongoing clinical governance, quality monitoring, and service development.
  • About You

    • Registered Nurse (Adult) NMC Pin in good standing.
    • Experience in complex care, community nursing, or a similar role.
    • Confident in delivering clinical training and assessing competencies.
    • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and travel across the East Anglia region.
