Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements
  • Drive branch growth through exceptional service delivery and relationship‑building with local authorities
  • Deliver outstanding care experiences to clients and their families

About You
  • Proven experience in a registered manager or similar role within the care sector
  • Strong understanding of care services and team responsibilities
  • Professional, approachable, and highly organised
  • Confident decision‑maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Must have a full driving license with access to own car
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • HCPC registration (preferred)
