Are you a caring individual who would like to make a real difference in your community? We are seeking Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide support to individuals living in their own homes. The role is varied and rewarding and may include:
- Light domestic duties (home help)
- Providing companionship
- Shopping and running errands
- Support with paying bills or using technology
- Meal preparation
- Dog walking or pet care
- Medication reminders and prompting
This role would suit someone who has a genuine interest in supporting others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. You should be:
- A strong communicator (verbal and written)
- Kind, approachable, and compassionate
- Confident in managing challenging situations
- A good listener
- Passionate about helping others
This is a self-employed position, providing flexibility to work around your current commitments. You will be registered with A Class Connect, an introductory care service connected to the award-winning A Class Care Group.
If your application is successful:
- A DBS check will be arranged – a £70 fee to cover the cost of the DBS is required
- Training may be available through our sister company ACC Training (subject to availability).
- You would be required to have your own public liability insurance.
