While A Class Care delivers fully managed care, A Class Care Connect operates as an introductory service, introducing experienced self-employed carers directly to private clients across the UK. This model allows you to work directly for the client, while benefiting from the reassurance, credibility, and support of an established and reputable care organisation.
Through A Class Care Connect, we introduce you to clients who are seeking trusted, experienced live-in carers. You remain fully in control of your work, rates, and availability, while accessing a growing portfolio of live-in placements nationwide. Our aim is simple: to empower experienced carers to work independently while feeling fully supported every step of the way.

Who Weβre Looking For
To Enrol With A Class Care Connect, You Must:
- Be self-employed
- Have previous live-in care experience
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Hold relevant and up-to-date training certificates
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Drivers are welcome but not essential.
If your training is not fully up to date, we can refer you to our Preferred Training Provider to support you in meeting requirements.
