The predicted salary is between 31200 - 46800 ÂŁ per year.

We are hiring Rehabilitation Support Workers, full and part time positions available, including sleep shifts, with additional hours for annual leave cover.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our client who has an acquired brain injury, supporting mobility, access to the community and social activities.
  • Support activity at the client’s home and in the community, including local activities such as Bingo, attending Warm Hub and coordinating with family.
  • Support the client’s rehabilitation goals, medication needs, some personal care and daily living activities.
  • Follow therapy programs set by physiotherapists and provide prompts around personal care, social and leisure activities, and administration of medication.

Salary

The salary for this role is ÂŁ15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You should have previous experience of working in a support worker role.
  • A full UK Driving licence is essential.
  • You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g., completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course).
