We are specialists in Case Management, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Care & Support and Medico-Legal Reports, with expertise in working with clients with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and other complex injuries. Often, our clients have a variety of needs requiring a variety of services, and we create individualised plans that address their social, physical, mental, vocational wellbeing, and more. Due to high demand for our case management service, we are looking to expand our capacity in the North Cumbria area and we are seeking an experienced clinician who shares our commitment to person-centred rehabilitation to join our friendly, experienced team. We have a vacancy available in the Carlisle / North Cumbria area for an experienced case manager with a background in Neurological Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, who can demonstrate experience in the treatment and management of clients with acquired brain injury and/or other complex conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants wanting to continue practising in their clinical profession alongside a case management role, offering the opportunity to hold a mixed caseload of case management and therapy clients within one company. Full-time or part-time options available.
Qualifications & Experience
- HCPC registration
- BSc Honours degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with neurological specialism
- 3 years’ PQE as a practising Case Manager
- Ability to work with adults and/or children with complex needs
- Ability to undertake detailed clinical assessments and prepare thorough written reports
- Compassion and understanding of the needs of clients, families and carers
- This post is subject to a DBS Check
- You will work in the community, travelling to visit clients and attend meetings
- You will be home-based or office-based, and will visit our head office in Penrith and our nearby second site at Owl Barn for meetings and training
