A C Mole LLP is a well‑established accountancy firm in Taunton, and we are recruiting for our next Trainee Accountant intake. These opportunities are aimed at college and sixth‑form leavers who want to earn while studying towards a recognised accounting qualification.

You’ll join the firm as a Trainee Accountant, working towards an AAT Level 3 and Level 4 qualification, with full training and support provided. Successful completion of an AAT qualification can open up opportunities to further professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA.

The role:

  • As a Trainee Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of the team while completing your AAT studies.
  • Alongside your training, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a professional accountancy environment, including:
    • Supporting the preparation of accounts for a range of clients
    • Assisting with bookkeeping and VAT returns
    • Learning to use accounting software and firm systems
    • Working closely with experienced accountants and mentors
    • Developing your skills and confidence as your training progresses

No previous accounting experience is required.
