We are looking for a Labourer to join our production team. The role involves packing products from production machinery, preparing finished goods for dispatch, and supporting general shop floor operations. You will work across different areas of the factory depending on production requirements, ensuring products are packed correctly and production areas remain clean, organised, and safe. The role also includes regular FLT operation to move materials and stock across the factory and warehouse areas.

This is a hands-on position within a busy manufacturing environment, where teamwork and efficiency are key to meeting production targets and maintaining high standards.

You will have a positive “can-do” attitude and be willing to support the team wherever needed across the production area. As a reliable and effective communicator, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly and packing operations meet required standards.

You will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in machine packing, production labouring, or similar shop floor roles. A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is required, as the role will involve operating a forklift to move raw materials, pallets, and finished goods safely around the site.

You will be organised, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A flexible approach and willingness to assist with a variety of production tasks are essential.
