About you
As an experienced CNC Miller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of some of our state-of-the-art machinery within our machine shop which is key to the creation of our products. You will have strong organisation skills to organise your workload to deadline as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be methodical in your production approach and have a general understanding of quality control in your work. Experience working with aluminium and mild steel materials is essential.
About the role
The role is to program, set up and operate Hurco Milling Machines and you will have experience in using Winmax programming software. As part of the role, you will need a keen eye for detail as the components will be required to conform to drawing specifications. You will be responsible for tool management on the machine as well as keeping a clean and tidy work area. You will be fundamental in the continuous improvement of the machine shop as we adopt 5S approach and lean manufacturing methodology to make Kelleythorpe a world-renowned facility.
