The role
If you're highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a busy environment where accuracy and teamwork are key, we've got the role for you.
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Technical Sales team. You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the department, ensuring sales documentation, machine specifications and pricing information are accurate, up to date and communicated effectively across the business.
Working closely with Technical Sales, Production and Customer Support, you'll help keep processes running smoothly, support colleagues with a range of administrative activities and contribute to delivering a reliable and efficient service to both internal teams and customers.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and maintaining Works Instruction Sheets (WIS), ensuring machine specifications, options and tooling information are accurate, up to date and issued to the relevant teams on time.
- Maintaining and updating product price lists, ensuring pricing information is accurate, correctly recorded and communicated to Sales teams, group companies and distributors.
- Supporting the Sales Administration team with machine and retrofit order processing, quotations and order documentation, providing cover during busy periods and absences.
- Working closely with Technical Sales, Customer Support and Production to gather information, coordinate tooling requirements and ensure accurate information is available throughout the machine build process.
- Providing general administrative support to the Technical Sales team, maintaining accurate records and documentation, alongside reception cover on Fridays and during periods of absence.
Who we're looking for
You'll be an organised, reliable and detail-focused individual with previous experience in an office or sales administration role. You'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working to deadlines and ensuring information is recorded and communicated accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. You'll be confident working with colleagues across different departments and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Above all, you'll be a proactive team player with a willingness to learn, take ownership of your work and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
