A B Graphic International Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to shape and deliver impactful learning across the organisation.

You will work with the Head of HR to design, deliver and coordinate development initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline and support leadership growth.

You will lead L&D activities, design onboarding and professional skills programmes, coordinate training, manage budgeting and monitor compliance.
