We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction, demonstrating proficiency in various building techniques and tools. This role involves working on a range of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Use heavy machinery appropriately
- Install and repair different types of building components, such as foundations, framing, and finishes
- Erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding
- Soundproof or waterproof structures
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in building or construction roles is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing techniques, masonry work, and roofing installations is highly desirable.
