Introduction

The position requires an organised, keen individual to join our busy office. You will be a valuable addition assisting our customers with initial enquiries both on telephone and by email and providing essential administrative back up to the office team and technicians. An attention to detail is essential.

We’re an independent company based in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and cover the whole of the South West and beyond. We pride ourselves on our efficient, reliable and honest service from the initial call to the finished floor.

What You'll Do

  • Taking enquiries by telephone/email passing all relevant detailed information to colleagues
  • Ordering materials
  • Checking sufficient stocks are available for up & coming works
  • Entering specific work data for technicians' schedules
  • Collating data and posting to Social Media Channels
  • Providing quotations for customers: commercial and residential (using data and templates provided from colleagues)
  • Checking materials delivered and ordered and ensuring fully correct
  • Calculating materials required (after training provided)
  • Contacting our customers and liaising schedules for works to be carried out
  • Checking sufficient materials stocks are available for up & coming works

Training Outcome

The business offers great opportunities for career development. One of their former apprentices, who joined the company 10 years ago, has successfully progressed through the organisation and now holds a management position.
