- Digital transformation programmes
- Customer journey and operational process improvements
- Data, reporting and requirements delivery
- Platform / systems upgrades, migrations and integrations
- Agile delivery across product and engineering teams
Depending on the client and project, responsibilities may include:
- Translating business needs into clear, structured requirements and technical deliverables
- Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions and support delivery
- Facilitating workshops, refinement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities
- Creating documentation such as user stories, BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Maintaining and refining product backlogs, ensuring ongoing alignment with outcomes
- Conducting gap analysis and supporting change through clear communication and documentation
- Supporting test approaches (e.g., test plans/scripts) and ensuring quality through delivery
We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in Business Analysis work and feel confident bringing clarity to complex situations. You may be:
- Exploring a return to Business Analysis after time away from the workplace or a break for any reason
- Looking to re-enter the Financial Services sector and apply your transferable skills in a new environment
- Seeking a supportive pathway into delivery teams where you can rebuild momentum, develop further, and regain industry exposure
We welcome applicants with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and we value skills, capability, and potential, not just recent job titles.
We’re interested in candidates with a blend of business analysis fundamentals and delivery experience — including:
- Core BA / Delivery Skills
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability (BRDs, functional specs, user stories)
- Stakeholder management and communication across multiple business layers (including functions like HR/Legal/B2B where relevant)
- Backlog refinement, prioritisation and cross-team collaboration
- Workshop facilitation, roadmapping, and process improvement
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
Tools & Ways of Working:
- Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and working alongside Software Developers
- Jira for requirements and backlog documentation
- Certifications are a plus (e.g., Scrum Master / PRINCE2 / ITIL)
If you’re moving into or returning to Business Analysis, we can offer:
- Support in highlighting transferable skills and communicating any career breaks clearly and confidently
- Interview preparation tailored to BA-style assessments (competency-based, case studies, workshops, presentations)
- Matching you with opportunities aligned to your preferred pace, flexibility needs, and development goals
