What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the elicitation and documentation of business requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis.
- Helping translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and documentation.
- Assisting with data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Working closely with delivery, technical and product teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Supporting testing, validation and change activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the BA community.
Tools & Techniques You May Work With
- Requirements & Analysis: User stories, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, acceptance criteria.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (varies by project).
- Data & Reporting: Excel, basic SQL, Power BI or similar tools (exposure, not expertise).
- Documentation & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or equivalent tools.
- Testing & Change: UAT support, test scenarios, business readiness activities.

- Graduates or early‑career professionals from disciplines such as Business, Technology, Economics, Data, or STEM, or career‑switchers with relevant training.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
