The Opportunity
We’re inviting expressions of interest from Business Analysts who are open to upcoming roles across Financial Services organisations (banking, insurance, fintech, payments, and regulated environments). These opportunities could include:
- Digital transformation programmes
- Customer journey and operational process improvements
- Data, reporting and requirements delivery
- Platform / systems upgrades, migrations and integrations
- Agile delivery across product and engineering teams
What You’ll Be Doing (Typical BA Responsibilities)
Depending on the client and project, responsibilities may include:
- Translating business needs into clear, structured requirements and technical deliverables
- Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions and support delivery
- Facilitating workshops, refinement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities
- Creating documentation such as user stories, BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Maintaining and refining product backlogs, ensuring ongoing alignment with outcomes
- Conducting gap analysis and supporting change through clear communication and documentation
- Supporting test approaches (e.g., test plans/scripts) and ensuring quality through delivery

We’re interested in candidates with a blend of business analysis fundamentals and delivery experience — including:
- Core BA / Delivery Skills
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability (BRDs, functional specs, user stories)
- Stakeholder management and communication across multiple business layers (including functions like HR/Legal/B2B where relevant)
- Backlog refinement, prioritisation and cross-team collaboration
- Workshop facilitation, roadmapping, and process improvement
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
Tools & Ways of Working
Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and working alongside Software Developers
Jira for requirements and backlog documentation
Certifications are a plus (e.g., Scrum Master / PRINCE2 / ITIL)
