What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the elicitation and documentation of business requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis
- Helping translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and documentation
- Assisting with data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Working closely with delivery, technical and product teams to support solution design and implementation
- Supporting testing, validation and change activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the BA community
Tools & Techniques You May Work With
- Requirements & Analysis: User stories, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, acceptance criteria
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (varies by project)
- Data & Reporting: Excel, basic SQL, Power BI or similar tools (exposure, not expertise)
- Documentation & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or equivalent tools
- Testing & Change: UAT support, test scenarios, business readiness activities

- Graduates or early‑career professionals from disciplines such as Business, Technology, Economics, Data, or STEM, or career‑switchers with relevant training
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
