We will help you launch your career in tech as a Junior Tech Engineer on a starting salary of Β£26,700.
Our mission is to train a diverse group of enthusiastic individuals who are passionate and excited about a career in technology. We are offering a fully funded, remotely taught training programme that will develop the knowledge and skills you need to become a Tech Engineer in just 8 weeks. This could be landing onsite with our clients as a Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer, BA, Tester or other technical roles, depending on client demand and your strengths and suitability. Although welcomed, there really is no prior tech knowledge required.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion has resulted in us training and placing hundreds of consultants β most with no prior experience in Software Engineering before joining us. In fact, 76% of our trainees are career-changers, 48% are women, 17% are LGBTQIA+, and 63% are ethnically diverse. The headlines:
- 8 weeks of intensive, full-time remote training
- When you have passed all training modules and are considered interview ready, we will present you to our clients in order to be selected to interview for the 18-month job placement

Training kicks off in March and runs through to May 2026, taking place Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. This training programme is the opportunity to showcase your existing passion and grow your knowledge through a remote, coach-led, specialised-curriculum learning environment. You will develop your skills in a hands-on way, with various hours of training and real-life client projects with your like-minded team. As a Software Engineer in your new role, you will work on meaningful and innovative projects, powered by the latest technologies and industry best practices. You will be partnering on projects for a range of companies, from large enterprises to start-ups, deploying Software solutions at scale, and working on innovative, cutting-edge applications of new technologies. You will discover that technology is creative, innovative, and bursting with possibility.
