- Strong experience with Siemens Opcenter MES implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Opcenter Execution, workflows, production operations, and shop-floor integration.
- Experience with MESERP integration, APIs, web services, and database connectivity.
- Good understanding of SQL, C#/Java or scripting, depending on the Opcenter module.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide L2/L3 support.
- Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, ISA-95, and Industry 4.0 is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
