About the Role
We are looking for a Venture Outreach Partner (Venture Scout) – a driven, well-connected operator who thrives at the intersection of innovation and capital. Your mission: supercharge our investor engagement, build high-value pipelines, and move conversations from first contact to closed deals. You will be working side-by-side with the founding team on one of the most exciting climate-tech ventures emerging from the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and engage investors, funds, and strategic partners
- Schedule and lead 3–5 investor calls weekly to turn interest into traction
- Manage and grow our investor CRM, tracking relationships and follow-ups
- Collaborate with leadership to refine decks, strategy, and narratives that win confidence
- Share insights and feedback to sharpen fundraising direction and momentum

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of early-stage VC and climate/deep-tech ecosystems
