This involves deeply understanding varied user journeys, streamlining complex onboarding processes, and enhancing feature adoption so that our powerful platform becomes instantly intuitive and valuable for time-pressed financial professionals in the fixed income industry worldwide.What you\’ll work onEvery day is different, but here\’s an example of the kind of things you\’ll work on:Use your technical skills to lead projects that solve real customer problems that yourself and your team find on our customer facing platforms and onboarding flow and to improve key metrics for the team in a fast iterative way.Collaborate with product managers & UX designers to discover user pain points through user interviews, journey mapping, competitor analysis, focus groups and data analysis.Release code into production continuously using techniques such as feature flags to safely release incrementally to users.Craft code that meets high quality standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.
