Description: 9fin, an AI platform powering global debt markets, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their small, ambitious legal team. The role is focused on commercial contracts, serving as the primary legal contact for Sales and RevOps, and managing vendor agreements. The position reports to the VP, General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales contract work and manage day-to-day deal flow.
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including Order Forms, Terms, and NDAs.
- Utilize Ironclad for contracting workflows.
