An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and design-led Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join an award-winning boutique practice specialising in luxury hospitality architecture. Working within a close-knit design team, you'll help shape a series of distinctive boutique hotel projects across the UK and internationally, taking schemes from early feasibility and concept through to detailed design. This role would suit someone who enjoys creative design, natural materials and hospitality environments rather than large commercial developments.
The Role
- Assist with concept and design development
- Produce presentation and planning material
- Support technical delivery as projects progress
- Work alongside experienced architects on international hotel projects
- Opportunity to develop into a Project Architect
Requirements
- Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design ability
- Hospitality, interiors or high-end residential experience desirable
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for boutique architecture and interiors
Salary c. £40,000
