The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Although this role will predominantly be working remotely, the ideal candidate will be based in London to attend site meetings. The position will involve collaborating with the director of a small, high-quality, residential studio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Part 2 or newly qualified architect who is able to use Vectorworks, Sketchup or similar 3D software. You should be visually astute, care about design, be prepared to take ownership of a task, self-motivated, and good at communicating. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all stages from concept to completion and be able to design according to the UK building regulations. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish would be a very strong advantage as a number of schemes are based there.
