Project Architect / Senior Technical Architect

The Role

• Leading technical and remedial workstreams on tall apartment and façade-led projects
• Managing technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
• Acting as a technical lead, coordinating consultants and mentoring junior team members
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, fire strategy, and façade performance requirements

Requirements

• Qualified Architect (Part 3) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong background in UK residential and high-rise projects
• Excellent technical knowledge, particularly around facades and tall buildings
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Confident communicator with experience running technical packages independently
