Our client is expanding their London studio and seeking Urban Designers to join a growing and ambitious team.

About the Studio

This employee-owned practice brings together over 100 urban designers, architects, planners, economists, landscape architects, and digital specialists. With collaboration at its heart, the team works on some of the UK's and the world's most significant regeneration and masterplanning projects, helping to shape thriving cities and communities. Design excellence, sustainability, and cross-disciplinary creativity are central to the practice ethos. The studio fosters a collaborative culture, with opportunities for growth, innovation, and genuine impact on the way people live, work, and play.

The Role

As an Urban Designer, you'll contribute to bold and transformative masterplans and regeneration projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing design concepts, options, and strategies for masterplans at all stages
  • Site analysis, assessment, and capacity studies
  • Producing illustrations, visualisations, and reports
  • Coordinating with consultants and partners
  • Supporting design reviews, client workshops, and presentations
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture

About You

  • Degree in Architecture, Landscape, Urban Design, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong design and graphic skills (Adobe CC essential, GIS and Rhino desirable)
  • Confident in client-facing roles and team collaboration
  • Knowledge of UK planning applications advantageous
  • Strategic, creative, and motivated, with excellent time management skills
