Our client is looking for a talented Architect and Team Leader to manage a portfolio of 10–15 private residential projects in the UK (construction values £500k–£5M), and lead a small team of 3–5 people. The ideal candidate will be confident running high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages, with excellent communication skills and a strong design sensibility.
