9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London , looking for a talented Residential Design Architect with strong design flair and experience working on complex residential developments.
The studio is delivering major prime central London residential and urban regeneration projects , offering the opportunity to work on ambitious schemes with significant design and architectural complexity.
The Role
- Develop residential designs across a range of project stages
- Contribute to complex prime central London developments and regeneration schemes
- Develop design concepts through to detailed proposals
- Produce high-quality presentations and visual material
- Work closely with project teams and consultants
- Respond to relevant planning, building regulations and other legislation
- Contribute to projects involving High Risk Building design
- Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
About You
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven residential design experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent design flair and architectural judgement
- Experience of relevant planning and building legislation
- High Risk Building design experience
- Strong Revit skills
- Proficient with rendering and presentation software
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- London experience essential
£50,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
