Our client is a very small practice in London looking for an experienced Architect to lead and deliver high-quality private homes across all RIBA stages, including interiors. They are seeking someone with a thoughtful design approach and a strong portfolio of UK private residential work, particularly projects involving heritage homes.
This is for a Permanent Part Time position (3 or 4 days) with largely remote working available (but you must be based in or around London).
Candidates should:
- Have strong UK private residential experience
- Be confident in producing drawings for planning and tender
- Understand the nuances of working with existing buildings
- Have good knowledge of planning policy and building regulations
- Have experience with listed buildings and conservation areas
- Be skilled in Rhino for 2D and 3D (important)
- Have JCT contract administration experience
- Be able to independently manage their own schedule
£45-50,000 based on 5 days.
