9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London , looking for Part III Architects with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience to join their technical teams.
The role would suit a well-rounded Architect with experience across a range of project stages, particularly RIBA Stages 3-5 , and a strong interest in technical delivery.
The Role
- Work across a range of project stages, with a focus on Stages 3-5
- Develop and coordinate detailed architectural information
- Coordinate information with other consultants and project teams
- Set up and manage drawing packages for façades and interior fit-out
- Contribute to larger-scale projects and complex technical packages
- Work collaboratively with architects, designers and consultants
- Support projects through technical development and construction
About You
- 1-3 years' post-qualification experience
- Qualified Architect with a well-rounded understanding of project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3-5
- Confident coordinating with other consultants
- Experience with façade and/or fit-out packages would be advantageous
- Hospitality experience and larger-scale project experience preferred , but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
£42,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
