A well-established UK architecture practice with a growing technical and remedial portfolio is looking to appoint a Junior Technical Architect to join its London studio. The practice has recently expanded its presence in London and operates across multiple UK offices. With a strong pipeline of remedial and technical projects, particularly within tall residential apartment schemes and façade-led work, this role offers excellent exposure to complex, regulation-driven projects and long-term career development within a supportive studio environment.
The Role
- Working primarily on technical and remedial packages for residential schemes
- Involvement in façade remediation, tall buildings, and compliance-focused projects
- Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating information across RIBA technical stages
- Supporting senior team members on both low-rise and high-rise residential work
Requirements
- Qualified Architect (Part 3) with 1–2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong technical focus with solid Building Regulations knowledge
- Confident using Revit and AutoCAD (experience in both preferred)
- Experience in UK residential projects, ideally including high-rise or apartment schemes
