Job Running Architect - AJ100 Studio

9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for an experienced Job Running Architect to join their team.

This is a key project delivery role for an Architect with strong job-running experience who can take ownership of projects, lead a team and work confidently with clients across all RIBA stages.

The Role

• Lead and run projects through RIBA Stages 0–6
• Take ownership of project delivery with appropriate support
• Lead and coordinate project teams and external consultants
• Act as a confident client-facing Architect
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical and tender information
• Manage BIM workflows and Revit models
• Contribute to design development as well as technical delivery
• Undertake Principal Designer duties where required
• Work across commercial projects, with hospitality experience also relevant

About You

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Proven job-running experience is essential
• Strong commercial building experience preferred
• Excellent Revit skills
• Experience across RIBA Stages 0–6
• Strong design, organisational and project management skills
• Confident leading teams and dealing directly with clients
• Experience undertaking Principal Designer duties
• London-based project experience essential
• Listed building experience would be advantageous

£50,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
