9B Careers is working with an exciting and growing design studio in Hampshire, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £500k to £90m.
They are now looking for an experienced Architect with around 3 years' post-qualification experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-rise residential and/or residential masterplanning, with the opportunity to take responsibility for projects and help mentor junior team members.
The Role
- Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
- Take responsibility for elements of project management and coordination.
- Help manage and mentor a small team of junior staff.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Develop high-quality architectural information and documentation.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of residential and larger-scale developments.
About You
- ARB registered Architect with around 3 years' experience.
- Experience in high-rise residential and/or residential masterplanning highly desirable.
- Experience managing projects and junior team members.
- Good technical and design ability.
- Revit experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing practice.
