9B is working with a growing architectural practice to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist or Senior Technical Architect to join its expanding team. The Role
- You will take ownership of projects through technical design, tender, and construction stages, ensuring schemes are coordinated, buildable, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards.
- Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, you will play a leading role in both project delivery and the development of technical excellence within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments
- Produce and oversee high-quality tender and construction information

- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Experience producing and coordinating tender and construction packages
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing communication abilities
- Comfortable leading projects and mentoring colleagues
Desirable Experience
- Experience working directly with developers and contractors
- Knowledge of residential-led mixed-use projects incorporating commercial, retail, or community uses
- Understanding of Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway processes
- Experience with BIM coordination and digital project delivery
- Revit experience beneficial
