9B Careers is seeking an experienced Revit/BIM Lead for a short-term NHS remodelling contract in the Cambridge area. You will take ownership of Revit modelling, lead Level 2 BIM coordination, and develop Stage 4 technical drawings from the pre-construction package.
You will work remotely for the majority of the design phase, with occasional onsite attendance, and have the opportunity for a permanent role if based locally and workload allows.
