Our client, a leading national architectural practice, is seeking a talented, motivated, and dynamic Intermediate Technician/Technologist to join their team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a design-focused professional with 3–5 years post-qualification experience, particularly those who have been involved in site meetings and the management of small-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards

  • Coordinate day-to-day project information across the design team

  • Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams

  • Attend design team meetings

  • Update and issue working drawing packs

  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality architectural projects across a diverse portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

  • Experience in managing project documentation and coordination

  • UK driving license preferred due to nationwide project locations
