Our client is a small practice based around Old Street.
They work closely with clients to deliver schemes that achieve sustainable, high-quality results and best suit the project brief.
The practice focuses on smaller-scale residential refurbishments, larger masterplans, and some commercial projects.
They are seeking an experienced Architect with UK-based masterplanning experience who is comfortable in a project-running role.
The candidate should have native-level English as they will prepare Design and Access Statements and present at planning committees.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management and run projects within the practice.
- Prepare Design and Access Statements for planning submissions.
- Present at planning committees and defend design proposals.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Architect with solid UK-based masterplanning experience.
