A rapidly growing and established fast fashion-wear company based in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team at the regional sales office. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, have strong task ownership, and be a good team player. In this role, you will be key to maintaining and developing solid relationships with the company’s customers and acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the main contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate with clients clearly and address their concerns, resolving any conflicts that arise.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
