We are based in Jordan, with additional capabilities in Egypt and the West Bank.
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with 3–4 years of hands‑on AI experience to design, build, and run production AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Design, build, and deploy AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop LLM-based applications using RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Build AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Deploy AI services to production using Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Apply responsible AI, security, and privacy best practices across solutions.
- Work with product, engineering, and client teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions to production.
- Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, and Llama), and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma DB, or Weaviate).
- Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure AI, Azure Open AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and English level B2 or higher.

- Experience working with Arabic-language AI solutions.
