The opportunity:
99ads is looking for a Creative Strategist with extensive online advertising experience for DTC brands. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

This role requires a good balance between creativity, strategy, communication and leadership. Someone who is confident and loves coming up with out of the box ideas. Someone who can translate their vision and always strives for greatness. Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 and above- written and verbal).
- At least 3+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to video ads for TikTok and Meta for DTC brands).
- Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency or in house for a brand is preferable.
- A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
- Copywriting, video scriptwriting, creative brief writing experience is preferable.
- Proven experience analysing ad accounts.
- Experience in a client facing role.
- Experience leading a creative team (editors, designers, copywriters) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Commitment Required:
Full time, Monday - Friday
