Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
The Mechanic will perform day-to-day bike maintenance and repairs, including assembly, tuning, and safety checks for a wide range of bicycles and components.
Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and carrying out preventive maintenance to keep customer and store bikes in excellent working condition.
The role involves working closely with the sales and customer service team to explain work required, provide clear estimates, and offer technical advice to customers.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in general Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of bicycles and related components.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance, including regular servicing, inspections, and safety checks.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform effective Troubleshooting on a range of bike systems.
- Familiarity with Heavy Equipment or workshop tools such as torque wrenches, stands, and diagnostic equipment.
- Previous experience as a bike mechanic, technician, or in a similar hands‑on mechanical role.
- Solid understanding of modern bike technologies (e. g., disc brakes, electronic shifting, suspension systems).
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues and repair options clearly to customers and team members.
- Ability to work safely, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized workshop environment.
