About The Role:
- We are looking to employ high-achieving mechanics who are motivated to provide one on one service to our customers and complete efficient, quality services and bike builds.
- A mechanical aptitude is a great foundation. We offer complete on the job training and support.
- Each team has regular meeting rhythms, plus individual 1on1 coaching and development.

To Be Successful In This Role You Need:

- Some mechanical experience in a related field is desirable and experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
