- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirements.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
- Self‑motivated, with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
