Support execution and project management of innovative sustainable finance products, solutions, tools, events and insights in collaboration with teams across Morgan Stanley Institutional Securities Group, Wealth Management and Investment Management. Build and maintain strong working relationships across Morgan Stanley’s businesses, provide support at client meetings and events, deliver high‑quality sustainable investing analysis, market insights, and commercially relevant ideas, produce content synthesising analyses, trends and opportunities/risks for diverse audiences. Operate collaboratively as part of a global team and support global projects, including MENA and APAC. Engage with functions across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Research sustainable finance topics and trends.
- Develop and maintain client‑facing materials.
- Coordinate key internal projects, workstreams and events.
- Provide high‑quality analysis and market insights for business partners.
- Origin commercial ideas and insights supporting innovation.
- Produce content for client, investor and executive‑level audiences.
- Support global initiatives across the US, Europe, MENA and APAC.
- Engage with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Corporate Communications and Marketing.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in economics, finance or sustainability; Master’s or MBA a plus.
- 2‑4 years of work experience, preferably in a global financial services firm.
- Outstanding research capabilities with impact‑driven execution.
- Familiarity with sustainable finance concepts, products and data.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey key messages.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable finance regulatory environment and dynamics within EMEA (Europe and MENA).
- Team player and self‑starter with strong attention to detail, persistence, tenacity and results orientation.
