We are seeking a Regional Director to ensure HR communications are locally relevant and culturally fluent while aligning with enterprise narratives and standards. This Director-level position within the Corporate Communications department will craft and develop messages and programs for Morgan Stanley employees, financial advisors, and field management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR communications strategy for assigned regions (Asia, EMEA, Americas).
  • Tailor global messages for local context while maintaining enterprise consistency.
  • Partner with regional HR leaders to plan communications and manage high-impact moments.
  • Ensure regional execution follows governance, standards, and channel guidance.
  • Surface regional insights, risks, and feedback to improve enterprise planning and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise working across groups, aligning central teams and regional leaders.
  • 5-7 years' experience in HR and/or employee communications, with proven experience executing communications across at least one major region.
  • Strong judgment and cultural fluency; ability to balance nuance with clarity.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A do-it-right, do-it-simple, tech-enabled mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR subject-matter expertise or proven HR partnership track record.
