We are seeking a Full Stack Senior Web Developer to join our Sheffield‑based studio, where design and technology meet to create measurable impact. Our projects span hospitality, sport, retail, property and food & drink—combining strong technical foundations with high‑quality design.
As Senior Developer, you’ll take the lead on architecting, developing and optimising digital solutions that push performance and user experience forward. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate their experience in developing visually engaging, high‑quality websites and who has ideally worked within a design agency or similar environment. You’ll be confident taking ownership of technical direction, guiding projects from initial scoping through to deployment. You’ll love writing clean, scalable and maintainable code across modern frameworks, working closely with our designers to ensure delivery aligns seamlessly with the creative vision and technical excellence.

Who we are: We’re a multidisciplinary design studio in Sheffield with architecture, interiors, digital and brand all under one roof. Our Digital team works across a wide range of client projects—from custom websites to tailored e‑commerce solutions. We value clean code, great UX and a collaborative approach to development.
Role overview: This is a full‑time role for a Full Stack Senior Web Developer based in Sheffield. You will be responsible for both front‑end and back‑end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration of website designs and functionality. Day‑to‑day tasks will include writing and testing code, implementing web designs, maintaining and optimising websites and collaborating with the design and strategy teams to create user‑friendly web experiences.
As part of the team, you’ll:
- Translate creative design concepts provided by our digital design team into fully functional, user‑focused websites
- Take ownership of client projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and delivered to a high standard
- Liaise directly with clients, so strong communication skills are a must
- Maintain and optimise existing client websites, adding features and resolving technical challenges
- Help shape technical strategy, tooling and development standards within the Digital team
- Be part of a supportive, friendly team in a relaxed studio culture with room to grow and contribute
Must‑have skills: To succeed in this senior role, you’ll need proven experience with:
- Building creative, front‑end websites
- PHP
- MySQL
- HTML
- CSS (SCSS & Tailwind)
- Git (version control)
- Ability to interpret and implement design concepts into functional, high‑quality websites
- Strong UX understanding and appreciation for design
- Experience taking ownership of projects from start to finish
- Wordpress
- Shopify (Basic / Advanced / Plus)

What we offer: £40k – £50k salary with company performance‑based bonuses, pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer), private parking for cars and bikes, 25 days per annum plus bank holidays; 3 or 4 days automatically deducted for Christmas shutdown.
