Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and oversee the valuation process for a diverse portfolio, including real estate-backed debt and equity investments.
- Develop and refine valuation models using market, income, and cost-based methodologies.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in valuation approaches, collaborating with investment teams and external valuation specialists.
- Monitor fund performance metrics (IRR, NAV, and distribution waterfalls) and deliver strategic insights.
- Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership on financial planning, capital allocation, and investment strategy.
- Support investor relations by providing clear, timely, and transparent valuation data.
