  • Senior Fund Accountant – Private Credit
  • Private Credit | London (hybrid) | £85,000–£95,000 base + bonus

A broad, commercial fund finance role at a leading European private credit manager built for a fund accountant who wants more than a single-silo seat.

This is a chance to step beyond pure fund accounting and work across the full breadth of the function: reporting and control, treasury, financing and fund operations, alongside the portfolio managers and deal teams.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, it offers genuine commercial exposure and clear room to grow as the platform scales.

We are open on background.

It could suit a fund accountant ready for a broader, more commercial role, an audit manager making their first move in-house, or someone a couple of years post-audit already in fund finance.

The Role

  • Own the quarterly reporting and valuation cycle for a portfolio of funds, from close through to investor deliverables.
  • Partner with portfolio managers on forecasting, cash and liquidity planning, capital calls and distributions.
  • Get close to the commercial side of deals, fund financing and treasury as the business grows.
  • Review and sign off investor and financial reporting, overseeing the output of the fund administrator.
  • Act as a key point of contact for fund administrators, auditors and other service providers.

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA) — a fund accountant wanting broader exposure, an audit manager moving in-house, or someone a couple of years post-audit in fund finance.
  • A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in private credit.
  • Strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
  • What's On Offer
  • A visible, broad and commercial seat at a well-regarded private credit manager, with real room to grow.
  • £85,000–£95,000 base, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. London, hybrid working.
